KESA (“we”, “us”) builds and supports AI voice agents for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our demo line, why, and what choices you have.

What we collect

• Details you send us through our quote, contact, partner, and callback forms — such as your name, email, phone number, company, and the project details you choose to share.
• Newsletter sign-ups — your email address and when you subscribed.
• Demo calls — if you call our demo line or request a callback, the call may be processed by an AI voice agent and recorded or transcribed to operate and improve the demo.
• Basic technical data such as IP address (used briefly for spam and abuse prevention) and standard server logs.

How we use it

• To reply to you and prepare the quote or information you asked for.
• To place the one automated demo call you requested — and only that call.
• To send the newsletter, if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your details for unrelated marketing calls.

AI disclosure

Every call handled by one of our AI voice agents — including our demo line — discloses at the start that you're speaking with an AI. You can ask to reach a person at any time.

Callback consent

When you request a demo callback, you explicitly consent to receive one automated call from an AI voice agent at the number you provide. We store that consent with your request. You can withdraw it any time by emailing us.

How long we keep it

We keep lead and inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and manage our relationship with you, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Email hello@kesa.ai and we'll help.
